This is our primary and exclusive service. We rent your property on a long-term fixed tenancy, giving you guaranteed rent each month. We then enhance your home through a range of services and create beautiful serviced homes for our professional clients.

The property is fully managed by us at no extra cost. All rents and bills are paid by Tareton, so you’ll never have to worry about tenants being in arrears. We employ professional cleaners to clean the property every week, and we also take care of minor repairs to maintain it to the highest quality.

There’s no need to worry about rental voids, rental payments, referencing tenants or managing the property. In some cases, we can completely refurbish your property to bring it up to the highest standards expected by our clientele before commencing with the tenancy – ask us for more details. If you already have good furniture, that’s great. If not, we’ll take care of that too.

Are all properties suitable?

Not all properties are suitable. We assess each property on a case-by-case basis but, as a guideline, we look for the following:

  • Good to excellent condition

  • More than two rooms

  • Walking distance to transportation

  • Close to all amenities

  • Desirable area​
